5963 Oak Street

Luxury Townhome on Oak Street. Chandeliers Home Staging incorporated the homeowners current furnishings, redesigning the layout of furnishings and adding accents to give this townhouse a Modern Glam theme throughout. They kept the homeowners existing dining table and added new chairs and a substantial chandelier over the table. All accessories reflected the colours of the bold Soho New York carpets. The colours from the carpets were used as the accent throughout the house from the basement tv/family room to the bedrooms upstairs. The townhouse was able to flow because of the neutral backdrop and use of the same accent colours throughout. This townhouse sold quickly in a very difficult market due to the "wow" factor. Again FIRST IMPRESSIONS COUNT.

2922 West 41st Ave

Chandeliers Home Staging assisted with much of the house design for this West 41st Avenue House. The Homeowners wanted a modern elegance throughout the home. No crown moldings were used on the ceilings, however coffered ceilings added interest and division in the open space, between the living room and dining room. Clean lines in the kitchen helped to create a larger feel to the kitchen. Build ins were added to hold all electronics and keep the clean lines of house. A balcony was added to the master bedroom and a juliet balcony to the front bedroom. A laundry room on the top floor was added as well to make life easier for the family.

Chandeliers Home Staging tried to incorporate as much of the homeowners furnishings as possible to stage this home. Because the backdrop of the home was very neutral, they were able to project the homeowners personality with pops of colour throughout. They used three main colours to accent, green, orange and a touch of yellow.

The basement suite was used as a short term/vacation rental. The suite was named "Chandeliers Boutique Suite", and the theme was maintained with the use of the whimsical green chandelier in the bedroom, the Chandelier lamp in the living room and the Chandelier Artwork throughout. Many layers of pillows on the bed always add to a luxurious feel. The homeowners easily had the suite rented to people from Italy, Belgium, Hong Kong, and many other places from around the world using these pictures on their website."

West 33rd - older West Side Bungalow - Power Stage!

"I offer to my clients the Power Stage as part of my marketing services, to get their home ready to show. It really helps make the process for them a lot easier having a professional like Colleen and her team give them ideas on how to make their home stand out amongst the competition. It helps draw the broadest range of clients quickly by having fabulous MLS pictures. I pay for either a Detailed Consultation, or Power Stage. The homeowners pay for any rentals or purchases necessary to complete each room. I recommend the Power Stage to all realtors." – Patricia Lok, Remax.
